Music on the Grass
at St James the Great Talaton

An afternoon of varied musical
entertainment with a number of
local groups on Sunday 23rd August
A free (socially distanced) event.


A collection will be made towards church funds.


Hopefully this will go some way to covering lost income from the cancelled church BBQ


If you would like to attend please read the information below.
Entry to this event must be booked in advance.
The total audience size will be limited to a maximum of 150.

 

To book places
please contact 07979 876211 by text giving the names of all adults and children in your group.

All names will be recorded along with with the telephone
number used to make the booking.

The booker will receive a return text givingan entry number for each person in the party.

These numbers must be quoted on arrival at the event.

The names of all audience members attending the performance, along with the booking telephone number will be retained for 21days after the event in order to comply with the requirements of contract tracing.


Before booking please note the following points:-
The performance will start at 3.30pm and the audience may
arrive from 3pm onwards.

Estimated ending 5.30/6.00pm
The audience should bring their own chairs or rugs to sit on.
Prior to entry audience members should queue down Church Lane at two metre intervals.
The audience are asked to wear a face mask as they check in and move past other audience members to their allocated seating area.
Once in their seating area the audience may remove their masks.

Children should remain with their group at all times.

Should a member of the audience need to leave their seating area at any time during the afternoon they should ensure that they wear a mask while passing other members of the audience.


There will be no toilet facilities at this event.
At the end of the event audience members should follow directions given by stewards regarding departure.
